Mme Dolgos brought in a bouquet of carnations. We had the idea of mixing colours with food colouring and see what happens to the flowers.
The class was really excited to see that the flower petals had colour on them after 1 day!
We noticed that the orange, red, black and blue took the most colour.
The class is now really excited about flowers and plants. We are doing various experiments with plants. We are trying to figure out what a plant needs to grow best.
