We have been talking about flowers and plants and how things grow in class and doing all kinds of experiments. The class has decided that they want to turn our dramatic play centre into a flower shop. Do you have any fake flowers at home that you don't need anymore? We would be very grateful to add them to our shop! Thank you in advance!
We have brainstormed what we will need in our flower shop. We also need to make a price list for our flowers. Photos will follow when our shop is all set up!
Thank you to the families and teachers of St George who donated some flowers for our shop! Here are a few pictures. It looks great!
Here is the brainstorming we did as a group of things we need in a flower shop.
One group made the flower shop sign and a open and closed sign.
One group made labels for the bins with the name of the flowers.
The group working on the price list first figured out what each type of flower is called and then decided how much they want to sell them for.
